Art & Soul was created in 2008 through the partnership efforts of Partners For Community Living and Toward Independence to advocate for the creativity and artistic expression of artists with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The annual event is open to eligible artists from throughout Ohio and is supported 100% by sponsorships and donations.

The annual Opening Reception is open to the public at no charge. Cash awards are presented to the top ten artists selected by our jury of professional artists. All art in the Exhibit is available for sale, with proceeds going to the artists.
